Matt Germane is a 1983 graduate of The University of Michigan and is a licensed professional engineer in Michigan and Ohio. Matt has over thirty-four years of experience providing professional services in three primary areas: environmental engineering, civil engineering, and agricultural engineering. His involvement in projects includes design, compliance, construction observation, operation and maintenance, and project management. As an active farmer, Mr. Germane has applied many of the traditional environmental and civil engineering services to provide consulting services to livestock producers and food processing businesses throughout the Midwest.
In addition to providing consulting services to a vast array of clients, Matt is also an elected Trustee in Hartland Township and serves as Vice President of the non-profit organization known as the Hartland Enrichment and Recreational Organization which primarily operates an after-school program for at-risk middle school and high school students and seeks to raise funds for improvements to Hartland Township’s park system. He and his wife have three children, two dogs, and a brood of hens.
