Robert C. Anderson, PG, EP is a Senior Project Manager for Environmental Resources Group (ERG). He graduated from Lake Superior State College in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology. Mr. Anderson also completed graduate studies in geophysics at Old Dominion University between 1983 – 1986. Mr. Anderson has specialized in a broad spectrum of environmental issues including transactional support services, building material testing programs for asbestos, lead-based paint and radon, due care evaluations and mitigation, as well as soil, groundwater and vapor remediation programs. Mr. Anderson has worked closely with owners, general contractors and developers addressing post-acquisition construction matters such as environmental contamination, demolition issues, the presence of asbestos and lead-based paint. In addition, Mr. Anderson has assisted these clients with the evaluation of appropriate remedial and due care measures to efficiently bring a contaminated site to a point where it can be safely used or redeveloped.
Mr. Anderson is a Certified Professional Geologist (IN2156), Certified Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor (P-05969), Certified Asbestos Inspector, Project Designer and Management Planner in Michigan (A22206), a Certified Asbestos Hazardous Evaluation Specialist in Ohio (ES36172), and a Certified Radon Measurement Specialist (13SS043). Mr. Anderson is also an active member of the Michigan Association of Environmental Professionals. In his spare time, Robert is a sports enthusiast splitting time between the local golf course and soccer field. Robert is a proud father of three, a happy husband, and is the owner of three lively Jack Russell Terriers.
