Tammy Rabideau serves as a Senior Hydrogeologist for Environmental Resources Group (ERG). Tammy graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 1991 and is Certified Professional Geologist. She has worked in the environmental industry for over 25 years and offers practical experience in a wide array of environmental services including natural resources and ecological assessment, delineation and permitting; multi-media permitting and compliance; and site characterization and remediation. Tammy also has extensive experience in the monitoring, maintenance and operation of landfills. This includes monitoring and overseeing installation of landfill caps, slurry walls, methane recovery and collection systems and extraction wells for groundwater recovery. She has completed and managed groundwater, methane and wastewater monitoring plans; and hydrogeologic investigations and environmental impact assessments for landfill cell expansion and cell closure. Tammy also offers extensive experience interacting with regulatory agencies regarding permitting and compliance activities including air, wetlands, remedial action, stormwater, preparation and implementation of post closure plans, RCRA Facility Investigations and Solid Waste Management Unit closure work plans and reports. She has successfully managed projects ranging in size from $1000 to over $1,000,000.
Tammy is an active member of Michigan Association of Environmental Professionals and the American Institute of Professional Geologists. She is also an active participant and board member of the KDB Melanoma Walk/Run, a grassroots organization dedicated to raising awareness regarding the prevention of melanoma in memory of a dear friend. Tammy has two beautiful daughters and a granddaughter who are, and always will be her top priority in life. Secretly, Tammy thinks she is a female rock star and in her next life will be married to Jon Bon Jovi.
