About Us
Environmental Resources Group, LLC (ERG) was founded in 2009 by professionals that had been in the environmental field for over 22 years, managing a myriad of remediation, due diligence and compliance projects at large and mid-size consulting firms. The partners had a vision that a lean company with quality people and a high level of experience and expertise would be the necessary dynamic for the new economy.
In 2015 ERG acquired Quality Systems Group (QSG). This addition strongly enhances ERG's Facility Compliance Auditing and Permitting Services. In early 2016 ERG acquired Germane Environmental Consulting (GEC). GEC is well versed in a number of areas with special focus in supporting the agricultural industry in meeting their environmental objectives.
ERG is dedicated to providing each of our clients with an individual, "hands-on" approach to identify and managing their environmental and regulatory issues, reducing/eliminating potential liabilities, controlling operational costs, and adding value to their business.

Experience
ERG is relatively young, with fresh ideas and approaches, but collectively we have over 200 years of experience on a variety of projects. The diverse experience of our staff has allowed us to complete a wide array of projects, from the very simple to extremely complex, and ranging in size from small to some of the largest of their kind in the country.

Safety
Safety leads our approach in all things. We don’t just think about safety in terms of numbers and ratings. We never take it for granted. Specific training makes employees aware of the potential hazards they may encounter and provides the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their work with minimal risk to their own, and other employee’s safety and health.
At ERG, all field personnel and project management staff are 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) trained and enrolled in an annual 8-hour refresher training program in accordance with the HAZWOPER Standard.
