Environmental Resources Group Chosen By Michigan State Housing Development Authority for Pre-Qualified Consultant List
January 27, 2020, Wixom, Michigan – Environmental Resources Group, LLC (ERG) is proud to announce that the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) has selected ERG for their 2020 Pre-Qualified Environmental Consultant List. Specifically, they have been pre-qualified to conduct Group A Services which includes the following environmental activities:
1. Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments
2. Baseline Environmental Assessments (BEAs)
3. Due Care Compliance Analyses
4. Lead-based Paint Investigations
5. NESHAP-compliant Asbestos Containing Materials Assessments
6. Technical Assistance Relating to Items No. 1-5 Above
MSHDA was established in 1966 to provide financial and technical assistance through public and private partnerships to create and preserve safe and decent affordable housing, engage in community economic development activities, develop vibrant cities, towns and villages, and address homeless issues. “ERG is excited to have the opportunity to work with MSHDA in furthering their goals for the community”, stated Robert C. Anderson, Senior Project Consultant at Environmental Resources Group. “We are hopeful that developers taking on MSHDA projects will take advantage of the experience and skill set that ERG brings to the table”.
Robert C. Anderson, PG, EP licensed professional geologist, as well as certified lead-based paint, asbestos and radon inspector will be managing the MSHDA projects for ERG. He is a member of the Michigan Association of Environmental Professionals and Construction Association of Michigan. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Geology from Lake Superior State University.
