ERG Heads West, New Office Opening in Colorado

ERG is thrilled to announce an office opening in Grand Junction, Colorado and headed by John Rabideau, CPG. Along with other recent office openings, the move reflects a “talent-first” strategy to increasing ERG’s reach geographically and technically.

John brings a wealth of experience evaluating potentially contaminated sites and helping clients determine the best path forward for corrective action. Having grown multiple environmental services and consulting businesses from scratch over his 40-year career thus far, John instills confidence in clients and co-workers alike. John is a Colorado recognized environmental professional and Utah certified underground storage tank consultant.

Speaking on behalf of ERG, Executive Vice President, Robert Zwald offered these thoughts on the acquisition, “Whenever we look for partners or new opportunities like this, it’s critical that there’s a good fit with ERG’s culture. In addition to John’s technical expertise, he really approaches projects ‘the ERG way’ with thorough planning upfront and reliable execution to the end. Like us, he believes relationships matter most. We’re excited to build on those values and do great work together in Colorado.”

John has been a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists for 33 years. During his free time, he’s often found at his potter’s wheel or, like the rest of the ERG team, hiking, rafting, and skiing. John has a wonderful wife, two children, three grandchildren, and a household run by a 5-pound Yorkshire Terrier.
