The Wyoming Public School District sought bids from qualified consultants able to provide asbestos-related testing and consulting services.

These services were required in preparation for dramatic renovations in buildings throughout the district as a result of a voter-approved bond. The client wished to procure competitive bids to ensure responsible bond fund spending.
